Temporary Non-Agricultural, Permanent,
and H-1B Employees

Foreign Labor Certification prevailing wage requests are no longer processed by the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services, Research & Planning. All requests are now processed by the Chicago National Processing Center (NPC). Prevailing wage requests are submitted to the NPC using ETA Form 9141. The form and instructions are available online at http://www.foreignlaborcert.doleta.gov/form.cfm. Answers to prevailing wage frequently asked questions are available at http://www.foreignlaborcert.doleta.gov/

Temporary Agricultural (H-2A) Workers

Prevailing wage requests for H-2A workers are also not processed through Research & Planning any longer. Please refer to the general instructions for ETA Form 9142 for guidance on wage determinations for temporary agricultural employees.
